At VERGE SPORT, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom team apparel is made-to-order and is not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all technical tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
